A vineyard committed to organic farming
Domaine de Cabasse vineyard covers 34 hectares. The vines grow in the IGP Méditerranée, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Séguret, Sablet and Gigondas appellations, with a beautiful diversity of soils and grape varieties. Swept by the Mistral wind and benefiting from a hot, dry climate, the vines produce concentrated, powerful wines that retain a lovely freshness.
Today, this vineyard, which will be certified organic from the 2025 vintage onwards, is a true testimony to the Baudry family’s commitment to environmentally friendly viticulture.

We cultivate iconic grape varieties from the southern Rhône Valley. They are carefully cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, respecting the soil, living organisms and the natural cycle of the vine.
The goal? To preserve the richness of our terroir and offer authentic organic wines that reflect their origins. Thanks to these practices, each wine we produce fully expresses the unique characteristics of our vineyard.

Environmental commitment
A consistent and gradual conversion to organic farming
Domaine de Cabasse has been committed to protecting and preserving the environment for many years. Already certified High Environmental Value (HVE), the estate is currently converting to organic farming and will obtain organic certification in 2025, an important recognition for our commitment to organic wine production.

Set in a warm, dry climate swept by the Mistral wind, our organic vineyard enjoys ideal conditions for growing grapes without intensive treatments. The generous sunshine and steady winds of Provence promote healthy grapes and naturally limit disease.

Our 1000% natural organic olive oil
Our vineyard is bordered by 150 olive trees, which complement our wine-growing activity and provide us with a generous harvest every year.
Produced with the same care as our wines, Cabasse olive oil is the finishing touch to the finest dishes in our family cuisine, expressing all the character of the Provençal terroir.
