Winemaking process
- Vatting: total de-stemming, maceration for around 21 days in concrete vats.
- First week: gentle racking and pumping over.
- Alcoholic fermentation between 25 and 28°C.
- Aged in concrete vats over the winter.
Dégustation
Deep colour. The nose is fine and complex, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and strawberry coulis. Full and round on the palate, with silky, elegant tannins. A fresh finish with a hint of tannin.
