Terroir
Côteaux de Séguret below the village, rounded pebbles, the finest Syrah grapes
Winemaking process
- Vatting: total destemming, maceration for around 21 days in concrete vats.
- The first week: gentle racking and pumping over.
- Alcoholic fermentation between 25 and 28°C.
- Each grape is vinified separately and blended in the spring.
- Aged for 12 months in old oak barrels.
Tasting
A deep garnet-red colour. The nose reveals aromas of black fruit, leather and graphite. Concentrated and powerful, it is velvety on the palate with a sweet, fresh finish.
