Terroir
Alluvium on pebbles on the banks of the Ouvèze, limestone
Winemaking process
- Grapes entirely destemmed, direct pressing 50%, short maceration 50% (a few hours), then cold settling for 12 to 24 hours.
- Alcoholic fermentation for 20 to 30 days at a low temperature of between 12 and 16°C.
- Vinification in stainless steel vats.
Tasting
Pale and brilliant with coral highlights. The nose offers aromas of raspberry and pear, followed by hints of rose and grapefruit. Fresh and delicious on the palate, with long-lasting aromas and a well-balanced finish.
