Winemaking process
- Vatting: total de-stemming, maceration for around 21 days in concrete vats.
- The first week: racking and pumping over.
- Alcoholic fermentation between 25 and 28°C.
- Aged in concrete vats.
Tasting
A beautiful garnet-red colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit such as fresh strawberries and raspberries, with hints of spices such as cloves and liquorice. The tannins are soft, with a velvety texture and a lovely lightness. The balance is perfect for a summer red wine.
