Winemaking process
- Vatting: total destemming, maceration for around 21 days in concrete vats.
- The first week: racking and pumping over.
- Alcoholic fermentation between 25 and 28°C.
- Aged in concrete vats for 9 months.
Tasting
Deep red with purple highlights. The nose is rich and complex, with intense aromas of fresh fruit and violets. Round and long on the palate, with silky, mellow tannins and spicy notes. The finish is well rounded.
